METHODS OF PAYMENT

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Cash
Finnish debit cards
International credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners Club
International debit cards with a chip
Diners Club taxi cards (accepted by all drivers)
Helsinki taxi cards and taxi cards issued by the Finnish Taxi Owners’ Federation (taxis only)
Invoicing for corporate customers only (see ‘More information’ below)

Other modes of payment, depending on the transportation service used, may include:

Visa Electron
Distance sales or advance invoicing (see ‘More information’ below)

We do not accept taxi cards issued by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela). If you pay with a credit card, the driver will confirm the transaction if the amount exceeds € 50.

DISTANCE SALES

Our sales service will carry out a credit card pre-authorisation, and the price of the transportation will be charged afterwards according to actual costs.

ADVANCE INVOICE

You will receive the invoice in advance, and we will confirm your booking once we have received the payment.

INVOICING

Corporate customers operating in Finland may apply for an invoicing agreement. A processing fee of € 14 will be added to the invoiced amount. If you wish to open a corporate customer account, please contact our sales service.
